How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent provider in our network. Lossseries Mold Help is the referral layer that connects you. We do not have technicians, and we do not do the work.
The provider is a separate local business. It sets its own schedule, prices and methods.
What Happens After You Reach Out
- You send a request or request a callback to check provider availability.
- Your location and service need are matched to a provider that serves your area.
- The provider contacts you to ask about the problem.
- You discuss next steps and ask for a written quote.
Call hours vary by provider. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a time.
What to Ask a Provider
A short list helps you compare options. Ask:
- Are you licensed and insured for this work in my area?
- Do you do testing, removal, or both? (If both, ask how results are kept separate from the sales pitch.)
- What will the written quote include?
- How will you contain the area so spores do not spread?
- Will you find and address the moisture source?
- Is there a clearance test after removal?
- How long is the work expected to take?
Good providers answer these directly. Vague answers are a sign to keep looking.
Understand the Likely Steps
Most jobs follow a pattern. First, an inspection to find the mold and the moisture behind it. Next, testing if needed. Then a plan, a written quote and your decision. Only after that does remediation begin.
You Are in Control
A request does not commit you to anything. You can say no, ask for another provider, or get a second quote. Options before work.
If a provider presses you to sign on the spot, slow down. Written quote first.
